Website requests

When you send an enquiry, table request, event request or feedback, this website stores the details you provide so authorised Madam Leela’s team members can respond and follow up. These may include your name, contact details, event date, guest count and message.

Staff area

The staff area uses email and password sign-in to verify identity and a separate approved staff list to control access. Admins assign CMS and Website management access separately. CMS members can manage catering enquiries, quotations, invoices and event handovers. Website members can manage menu drafts, general enquiries and table reservations. Praba appoints admins and controls menu publication. Menu revisions, publication history and website administration changes are recorded. Accounts without assigned modules only see website page links. Uploaded menu photographs are public website assets; unpublished menu drafts are restricted to authorised website managers.

Staff passwords are stored as protected hashes. Sign-in sessions, password changes and private recovery credentials are kept in the website’s restricted storage. Staff setup and reset links expire after use.

Quotes, invoices and shared links

Catering estimates and invoices store the customer and event details shown on the document. Anyone with a document link can view it, so share the link only with the intended recipient. Authorised CMS members can issue invoices, record verified payments and turn off or replace document links. Internal staff notes and bank reference records are not shown on customer document pages.

Reservation links and quotation responses

Your private reservation link shows your request status and allows a change request or cancellation while eligible. Anyone with this link can access those options; keep it private. Quotation responses record the responder’s supplied name, message, time and estimate revision so our team can follow up. A booking request is not a confirmed reservation or catering booking.

Catering drafts

The catering planner saves a draft on your current device. Do not leave personal details on a shared device. Use “Clear draft” when finished.

External services

Ordering, maps and WhatsApp links open other services with their own privacy terms. Opening a prepared WhatsApp message does not send it automatically.

What not to send

Do not enter payment card details, passwords, identity documents or sensitive medical information in website forms. For dietary requests, describe the food requirement without sharing unnecessary personal information.
