The model follows the photos’ cream wall mouldings, warm ceiling lights, chandelier, gold curtains, red aisle and ivory seating with red sashes. Proportions are estimated from photographs; this is not a measured floor plan. Table positions, buffet location, clearances and final capacity are confirmed with our team.

Hall slot prices exclude catering. All public holidays use weekend rates, including holidays on weekdays. Setup access includes up to two hours without air-conditioning.

40% booking deposit; balance 3 days before the event.
RM300 refundable security deposit, separate from the booking deposit. Refunded after the event if there is no damage. This also applies to approved panel caterers using the hall.
Extra hour: RM200 weekday / RM300 weekend or public holiday.
Food must be supplied by Madam Leela’s or an approved panel caterer.

We’ll discuss the buffet arrangement and service crew required for your event. Food, setup, event timing and requested extras are confirmed in your agreed package.

Pay the 40% booking deposit once the details are agreed. The balance is due 3 days before your event.

Discuss décor, outside vendors, extra furniture and setup access before booking. Add-ons and extra hours are subject to approval, availability and your final quotation.

Is the date available?
Use the date and slot planner, then send your enquiry. The price estimate does not check the live calendar or hold a slot; our team confirms availability.
How many guests can be seated?
Plan for 100 seated guests, or up to 120 by agreement. The final layout and guest capacity must be confirmed with our team.
Can I arrange a viewing?
Yes. Contact our team to arrange a suitable viewing time. Mention the date and type of event you have in mind.
Does the enquiry form reserve the hall?
It sends your request to our team. The hall is booked only after availability, package, timing and the required confirmation steps are agreed.
Can I use my own decorators or other vendors?
Discuss outside vendors with the team before making arrangements. Approval, vendor details and setup access requirements must be confirmed for your event.
What if I need more time or additional items?
Tell us before booking. Extra event hours, additional furniture and other add-ons are quoted separately and depend on availability.
